These classes are suitable for all levels, from the experienced yogi to the newbie.

The focus is on safe movement and alignment and always the awareness of our breath.

Small classes to allow for individual adjustments and modifications so that you can grow your practice at your own pace.


Our prenatal classes offer a chance to honour your journey through pregnancy and beyond with attention given to postural alignment, breathing technique, building strength and stamina whilst allowing the body to accept rest and restoration.



Building a strong and resilient community of happy, healthy children both physically and emotionally.

Learning the tools of yoga early on to help manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement allows children to feel self empowered.

Prenatal Yoga -  6.00-7.30pm

WEDNESDAY - General Class -6.00-7.30pm

FRIDAY - Slow Flow Yoga 9:30 -11am
