TUESDAY - Slow Flow Yoga -9:30 - 11am

Prenatal Yoga -  6:00-7:30pm

WEDNESDAY - General Class -6:00-7:30pm

FRIDAY - Slow Flow Yoga  - 9:30 - 11am
